Kit 6.0 - AC&F Type 27, 10,000-gallon, insulated tank carAmerican Car & Foundry built 284 of these insulated Type 27 tank cars between late 1936 and mid-1938. Resin Car Works produced four versions of these tank cars representing a few prototypes and lettering styles.
Kit 6.01 - Shippers Car Line (SHPX)
ACF Industries, Hawkins/Wider/Long collection.
This model represented several Shippers Car Line batches that were installed in the mid-to-late 1930s. These cars had two different size domes, which were both included in the kit. SHPX 10847-10865 - 19 cars built with 60-inch dome in December 1936
